I am getting a set of the aluminum heads, but haven't ordered them, since they can't be used until November. The Ford heads have been cast, and the Chevy heads are due to be built in the next week, or so. By the end of July, or early August, they should be available for everyone who wants them. The survey doesn't cover reality since, I am pretty sure that Nobody has the heads and they are not sold out.

I'm sticking with the iron heads. They work fine, and have been on the car for a long time, so until the motor blows up, the boat anchors stay on.

Oh...did you mean new heads?

Remember, everyone, you can add the bigger valves to the iron heads, the .50 cam lift and run 100# lighter than with the aluminum Edelbrock heads.
So, if you need new valves, it might be good to just do the bigger valves and run lighter. My back-up motor will be exactly that.
