Default Runoffs

I see a new 2005 Mustang is registered for the runoffs. Has anyone seen the car on the track?

Default New Mustang

Somebody get a picture of this car, so I can see it. I think that new mustang is way cool.

Here's one that I found on another site,

The person that posted the pic says he's from somewhere near Hell, Michigan. The sponsor on the car is based in Southfield, MI.

I have to say that is one cool looking car. I've sold Chevrolet parts for almost 20 years now and have owned nothing but Chevys pretty much my whole life. Their latest and greatest offerings with their "9 new models in 4 years" or whatever the heck it is has completely flopped. The reason IMO is because they don't have the balls to come out with vehicles like this. Sure, they have the king Corvette but no everyone can afford a $60K toy. Their retro offering is in the form of a $50K+ truck (SSR). Meanwhile, Ford and Chrysler are debuting neat, affordable offerings that are aggresively styled. Even GM's other divisions can't seem to get it right. Sorry, Pontiac's GTO might be a "blast to drive" but that's about the only thing you'll hear people say about the slab sided bore.

Okay, enough ranting - sorry about that.

RSIG is owned by Jeff Robbins who races a Corvette in T1 and runs a similar paint scheme. Very interesting. Thanks for the pic!

That is one bad dude! I knew it wouldn't take long to find one built for AS. Now my '87 really loks like a dinosaur! I think if I had a car that looked that good, my wife wouldn't let me race it.

If it is a Michigan car, bring that thing out to Waterford Hills sometime.
