Default A Sedan Invitational at Waterford Hills?

This is a topic that has been discussed for 2018 and we are trying to gage interest by starting this thread. We have seen a nice number of cars in A Sedan at Waterford Hills (Clarkston, MI) this season with 13-14 cars, and like the thought of inviting our fellow A Sedan competitors to join in the fun next season for an American Sedan Invitational.
If you have an interest in being a part of this please respond here so we can gage interest. No date has been selected yet, but if there is interest we would look at selecting a date for the event. Please help us spread the word, tell all of your A Sedan friends to let us know if they would like to come!

What do you need to do to the exhaust to meet the restricted sound?

I'm checking on the sound limit however, it has been discussed about holding this event on Vintage weekend as the sound limit is relaxed for that particular weekend.
Thank you for the interest guys!

Waterford is a lot of fun. Short, tight and technical, it makes for great wheel-to-wheel racing.
For a quick and dirty exhaust, I ran cheap parts store oval mufflers that dump down in front of the axle. The inlet and outlets are 2.5" but the internal only 1.75". A big choke, but for a one-time deal it doesn't really matter. With Max speed around 85 mph, top end power isn't critical.

What about also inviting American Iron cars?
As it should have no effect on season points.
Could be a way for both camps to have fun?
