Default Homestaed and Sebring results

Fun weekends, I wish there had been more turn out.

Me, Thomas Ellis, Heirocket, Kelly Lubash and Gregg Ditzian

Gregg was in his old car, pulled out of mothballs and woefully out of date. I think he had fun, but he knows the car needs a lot of work.

Thomas is in a rocket ship, and is a very good, aggressive driver.

John is John. He had issues, DNF'd 2 races and DNS'd the last race at Sebring, not sure why.

Kelly ran well, but had transmission issues and was not able to start the last race at Sebring.

I ran well, but didn't have anything for John and Thomas, especially at Homestead. I know that the faster, stabler, safer line in the banking is a foot off the wall, but some how that knowledge was interrupted between my brain and my hands and feet...

The main race at Sebring I got a good start, and got the jump on Thomas. I held him off for a couple of laps, but there was no way he was not going to eventually get around me. However, he had a mechanical issue, and had to pit and have some bolts tightened on his driveshaft, which cost him a lap.

It was very difficult being on track with the LMP2 car. It was so low you could not see it when it got close to you, and so poorly driven it was a hazard. When I am getting lapped by the leaders and not actively battling someone, I try very hard to make passing easy, fast and safe. Typically I will break early and give a clear indication. I did this at Sebring to the LMP2 and Simon Gregg. They should have been past me in a heartbeat. Instead the LMP2 checked up, then dive bombed me and parked inside me at the apex. I'm very glad that when i lost sight of him I stayed wide.

Gregg had to take a hard swerve and almost went into the wall to avoid him. (and thus me).

All in all, a good weekend for the Big Girl. Had to change the transmission at Sebring because I lost the 3rd to 4th synchros.

Since that Trans had been in the car since the start of 2015, and had over 30 race weekends, 3 runoffs and a couple of enduro's on it, I think I got pretty good life out of it

Default Man its been awile,,

Nice report on Sebring.
I Miss RR and A/S Racing.
But have been riding Dual Sport Bike A lot.
I Bought one of the first 2019 Honda CRF 450L s.
Been making parts/doing mods,
Ex,mufflers,ECUs/Tuners.Rear racks.

First street legal motocross bike with a headlight/6sd/plate.
First dirt bike with a converter....

Well ive learned so much about FI with 1 Cyl, its unreal.
with ecu maps you can change on the fly,
You can have a top fuel bike, flat tracker,enduro/mx /mild trail bike.
By the push of a Button.

Anyway I don't mean to bore you,
But I wanted to say Hi.

And FUNNY THING is,
is that my same,Talladega English here IS
The Same on A site I started last year on the 450L ADV riders site.
But instead of Talladega,,, Im the Man From Marrs,,,,LOL

A year later 80,000 hits, and the mods ive done a year ago,
People are just starting to figure out and doing them.
I guess you need a engineering degree and be famous with good B/S.
