Well … this is the big weekend …
Everybody get ready to watch the race of the year. Dust off your NOMEX bunny slippers …..snuggle up in your NOMEX PJ’s and sit back and enjoy the sights and sound of AS.

i just hope the director that did the AS race didn't just phone in coverage of the top 3 or 4 cars like some of them do. They switch the show live from the trailer and what comes out the other end is what goes on the air, so coverage depends entirely on how the director calls the shots. Obviously, if I was in the top 3, I would want non-stop coverage of ME ME ME.
Should be fun to watch. The Tivo is up and programed.

We can at least hope that they recognized the need for the the "Andy-cam" to be locked in when the bull got let loose in the china shop. And that MIGHT only happen if we get Mr. Creamer covering the race.

If anyone ripped the race to DVD and wouldn't mind helping a brother who's stuck in Germany out, I'd love a copy, I can get 24 hour nascar and NFL over here but no speed channel. GM has a service where they forward stuff to me if you just mail it to Warren, Mi.
