Another brake question - rears
OK brake fans... here is the deal
I had picked up a pair of single piston PBR's (1le) and a pair of two piston Baer. With the new package I am going to use the 1le's for the rear since the regs say single piston and sell the Baers.

My question is in the rear do you recommend removing the dust shield and bracket and just fabricate a new caliper braket? I don't have a fancy rear end (on the car) so just wondering if you have any suggestions on what one should do here.

There is a standard bracket for those calipers that just welds onto the rear end, or bolts on, depending on what type rear end you have. The new 9" has the bracket welded on and the old one has it bolted with the axle retaining bolts. I'll email a photo.
