Hello Pam, there are a couple of us guys thinking about running MARRS6. I have heard there might be a discount for a driver who has not raced at Summit in a few years. Do you happen to know if this is true? Thanks, Steve Tumolo jr.

    Matt --

Thanks for the kind words on Danny. He is doing well, the car is very gremliny this year and we are constantly fighting it.

So far, the ASAC has not put RP motors into FP cars. As far as I know, there is no plan currently to do that. And it might not be as low cost as you think, as the coyotes with all the stuff are right near the cost of an FP AL head motor, at least in most places.

The Boss 302 is NOT approved in any form for AS. You should take a serious look at the AS rules in the GCR, as a lot has been done to them to include the RP cars. The FP rules had little changes since last year.

The Mustang GT IS approved for AS, see the spec lines. Up through the 2013 body is approved for FP and up through 2013 the GT is approved for RP (stock drivetrain).

    Hope this helps, Pam

    Good morning pam,
Looks like danny is running well. I have a couple of questions and thought maybe you could help me out. Thinking amount puttting the car together for next year. What's going on with RP motors in exiting FP cars? This might be an inexpesive way to get back on track. Are the 2012/13 boss 302's approved in AS built to T2 rules? How about anewer GT 13/14?
    Thanks,
    Matt Roberts

    Hi Pam,
How's everything going. I still have my car and starting to get interested in bringing out? Just trying to find some extra cash. Hard to spend the money when we only get 4 to 5 cars at a race?
Hope to be back racing one of these day's. Can you forward the link for the survey?
    Thanks,

    Matt Roberts

    Pam,
I see that you are testing in March. I am sure that you will be at the Point but I contacted the track and Kathy informed me that there is no open practice on Thursday. SCCA has the track all day Friday, so how are you going to test?
